I really love this card. This is something I CASED from my upline, Robin Merriman; isn’t is lovely? And it is so simple, too. The card base is Basic Black layered with Whisper White. Then I stamped the large swirls from the Baroque Motifs stamp set in Basic Black ink. The large and small flowers are also from the Baroque Motifs stamp set and those were stamped in the current in colors – Kiwi Kiss, Riding Hood Red, Baja Breeze, Tangerine Tango, Pink Pirouette, and Pacific Point. The three large flowers each have a pewter brad in the middle and are adheared to the card with Dimensionals. The sentiment at the bottom of the card is from the Dreams du Jour stamp set and is also stamped in Basic Black.
See? So simple! This card is definitely one of my top 5 of all time. 🙂
Ok, so I’m obviously not very good about posting to my blog. Mostly because I am lazy and busy. But now that I have high-speed internet at home, there’s no excuse, right? That’s what I am telling myself, anyway. I have a busy day today; running a 5k this morning and then celebrating my friend’s 30th birthday this evening. I will be sure to post tomorrow; I have been working on lots of projects lately!
